This product in our clearance section has an expiration date of 01/2026; however, because it is a dry product, it is still viable and potent past that date.  Oils or oil-based products should not be used past their expiration date, but products that are dry supplements (herbs, vitamins, minerals, etc.) remain viable and shelf-stable for many years as long as they are stored in a cool, dry place.

Recommended Dosing

• 3-4 capsules 3 times a day for an average adult (18-60 years of age, approximately 150 lbs). This standard dosage may be increased or decreased depending on the patient's individual factors, such as age, body weight, type of illness and severity
